A single helium-filled balloon floats quietly in the air-and then begins to move in response to the magician's voice.

"Down."
"Up."

With each command, the balloon rises or descends, coming to a precise stop in midair.
This is not due to random air currents.
Its movements are clearly controlled.
As if understanding words, the balloon moves freely through the space right before the audience's eyes
