Shipping

- We normally ship out orders within 24 hours of it being placed. Keep in mind, however, we don't ship on weekends and holidays.

- We ship packages almost anywhere in the world! We want everyone to be able to have quality cards, gimmicks, tricks, books, DVD's, and accessories.

- Orders within the USA usually take less than a week to arrive (sometimes 2-3 days), however international deliveries can be unpredictable and usually take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks.

- We ship all of our packages with the United States Postal Service. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and where it needs to be delivered to. The more you buy the more you save on shipping.

- When your order has been shipped, we send you a personal tracking number so you can follow the package all the way to your home. Tracking isn't available in some international countries.

 

Disclaimer for international deliveries: 

If you live outside of the USA then we can still ship a package to you, but please be aware of a few things. International orders are delivered to your country by the United States Postal Service. Once the package arrives in your country it will need to clear the customs department and then it will be handed off to your country's local postal service and they will deliver it the rest of the way to you. Some countries may charge you a customs tax on packages coming in from the United States. This charge is not related to 52Kards.

 

Our responsibility is to pack and ship your order to the address provided. Once we give your package to the postal services we no longer have any control over the delivery process. If you do not trust your country’s postal service, then please do not place an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to be delivered, as this is in the hands of the postal service and you will have to contact them to retrieve your package if it failed to deliver.

 

Returns

- We want you to be happy with what you receive so if there is a mistake or problem please let us know. Damaged, faulty or inaccurate products can be returned. 

- Please return items within 7 days of receiving it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- When your refund is approved we will email you to let you know. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be fully processed and the funds reversed.
