Blackpool 2025's sold-out product.

This memorization effect by Thomas Badar is the strongest memorization effect we have come across. If you haven't experienced the foolery feeling this trick gives you, stop reading this description and watch the trailer.

With this effect you can memorize a deck that a spectator has examined and shuffled in ten seconds, then recall the red and black cards without failure.

That's not all.

In the strongest version of the routine, during the performance it looks as if a single card has been dealt to the wrong place, but at the end it turns out to be the spectator's chosen card. The spectator can shuffle the cards. The routine is easy to do and can be performed after 20–30 minutes of practice.

You don't need to look at the top card to tell the color. You don't have to touch the top card to tell the color. You don't need to use your memory to tell the color. You don't need to use a table to do the trick.

The trick is auto-reset.

This effect is truly clear and leaves viewers with the feeling that they've just seen something only a memory expert could do — yet it's simple to perform. Thomas found a unique method in card magic: you can tell whether the next card in a shuffled pack is red or black without having to memorize it, see it, or touch it. By eliminating those three options, the solution becomes seemingly impossible — and impossibly deceptive.

Thomas spent ten years refining this memorization effect; it's been a regular feature of his solo shows and has been broadcast on television several times.

Now is your chance to perform it yourself. Enjoy the trick.
