Still Waiting for Resolutio

Unfortunately, I received a faulty unit that does not function as expected – no indicator light, no connection to the app, completely unresponsive. I followed all instructions precisely.

I’ve contacted customer support and the product creator, and while they are responding, the process is slow and complicated. I’m still waiting for a final solution or replacement. I hope this can be resolved fairly and promptly.
