America, 1608: The North Ontario Company, or NOC, established fur trades in and around New England and Lake Ontario with the natives of the land. They traded a variety of goods such as knives, hatchets, and beads to the Indians for fur and meat. One of the most sought-after recreational goods traded were playing cards, hard to find at the time. A prevalent frontiersman during this era is on the hunt for a certain rare and particular item. This is where our story begins...
