Mystery Kard Box Subscription Policy
1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to the Mystery Kard Box from 52Kards, you agree to receive a monthly shipment of 3 curated playing card decks. Your subscription renews automatically each month based on your original purchase date until canceled.
2. Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Your renewal date is set based on the day you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th, your next billing will occur on the 10th of the following month.
- You will be charged monthly on this date for your 3-deck shipment.
- If payment fails on your renewal date, your subscription will be paused, and no box will be shipped until payment is successfully processed.
- You will receive a notification if your payment fails, allowing you to update your payment method to avoid cancellation.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Domestic Shipping: Orders ship via standard shipping (3-5 business days).
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide, with delivery times varying by location. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the subscriber. If your package doesn't arrive in 6 weeks, please contact contact@52kards.com.
4. Subscription Management
- Pausing or Skipping a Month: You can pause your subscription anytime through your account settings before your next billing date.
- Updating Information: Ensure your billing and shipping details are current to avoid missed shipments.
- Plan Changes: The Mystery Kard Box offers a fixed plan of 3 decks per month; no upgrades or downgrades are available.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
- No Partial Refunds: If you cancel after your billing date, your subscription remains active until the end of that cycle, with no refunds issued.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns, but returning a box will automatically unsubscribe you from future deliveries.

Return Policy: To return a Mystery Kard Box, you must:
- Cover return shipping costs.
- Return each of the 3 decks in their original, unopened condition.
- Contact contact@52kards.com to initiate the return process.
- No Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered for any reason.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
- If your Mystery KardBox arrives damaged or with missing decks (out of the 3 included), please contact contact@52kards.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We will review your claim and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
8. No Duplicates Guarantee
- Due to custom curation, we ensure we don't choose the same decks twice.
- We also track past shipments to ensure you do not receive the same deck twice in consecutive Mystery Kard Boxes.
- If you subscribe to multiple plans under different accounts, we cannot guarantee non-duplication across separate subscriptions.
9. Gift Subscriptions
- You may purchase a gift subscription for someone else, but you remain responsible for ongoing payments unless the subscription is updated with new payment details.
